Happy Father's Day Inspiration!

On this day that we celebrate our fathers, grandfather, fathers of our children, husbands, and other special men in our lives, we want to take the time to remember to take some time and remember the simple things in life that bring us joy. Time to slow down and look at the small moments that make life worth living every day.

I also took the idea of simple moments and used this snap of my pup. I was also drawn to the script in the quote.

Sketchy Sunday - Triangle Edition!

On this beautiful Sunday here in New Brunswick, I am pleased to present to you with this week's Sketchy Sunday. This week, we are focusing on another big geometric shape in scrapbooking, Triangles! These are great for boys and girls and are a great way to get lots of pattern on your layout without using a ton of patterned paper. A great way to make your PP stash stretch really far.

SEEDS - June !

Hello out there in scrappy land!! Having beautiful weather? Here in New Brunswick this is the first nice weekend we have had in months and we are all out taking full advantage of it!

Sketchy Sunday!

Good day folks! How are we all hanging in there? Are you having summer weather? We certainly are NOT here in New Brunswick.  Lets all get out our best summer colored paper and get scrapping to bring on the sun!

British Invasion!

Happy Sunday all! With every Sunday comes a great inspiration to start off your scrappy week. Since we are celebrating Victoria Day this weekend here in Canada, why not have a little British invasion inspiration??

We can  find scrappy inspiration in non-scrappy things. On this blog, once a month, we will show you how to do just that! So here we go... without any more delay, here is this month's non scrappy inspiration

Kelsey took the photo and used it's composition as a map to how to piece together her project just like a sketch! 

For me, the first thing that stood out of the picture was the bright red telephone booth. I knew I wanted to incorporate a strong red. I also kept the vertical theme like Kelsey. For brownie points, I used a photo of my BFF who lives in England!
