November Color Spot!

Wow! Can't believe it is November already. Here in Fredericton we are experiencing our first bout of snow. I've got mixed feelings with its arrival. We have some warm colours to inspire you this week so if you are stuck indoors we hope you join in the challenge! :)

Here is my take on the pretty colours.

And here is April's!

Thanks having a look at our work!

SEEDS Colour Inspiration!

Welcome back everyone! Here we go with a vengeance! I have a great colour board for you today. These great summer colours are set to inspire us while we are here in gloomy weather in New Brunswick.

We sure were inspired by it! Check out Kelsey's LO using Simple Stories

Here is my pocket page using some journalling cards I had in my stash (Gossamer Blue)

Hope you enjoy these summer colours and get out and find some scrappy inspiration!

Happy Father's Day Inspiration!

On this day that we celebrate our fathers, grandfather, fathers of our children, husbands, and other special men in our lives, we want to take the time to remember to take some time and remember the simple things in life that bring us joy. Time to slow down and look at the small moments that make life worth living every day.

This is your inspiration this week :)

Kelsey took the quote and added it to her LO as the title, which is great for this picture of a small moment that means so much

I also took the idea of simple moments and used this snap of my pup. I was also drawn to the script in the quote.

Take some time this week to play with us. As always, you have until the end of the month to qualify for a gift certificate from APOS.

We will announce the winner on the 15th of the following month. May's winner is...... DANA! There is $10 GC at the store for you! Congrats!

Scrappy Inspiration!

Another great feature that you will see here on APOS are these great  colour boards by SEEDS. I found these when I was looking for colour schemes for my crocheted blankets. They are absolutely beautiful and come in the widest variety of palettes.

Here is May's SEED board :)

Here is Kelsey's awesome pocket page that matches the board PERFECTLY!

Here is a card from Leda! She used a Kraftin Kimmie stamp that she got at APOS and coloured it in to match our inspiration this week. AWESOME!

And here is a LO that I did of my dear little friend, Lia. She is too photogenic (photo credits... ME!)

To be entered in this month's draw (for May), upload your project here before May 31 at midnight!

Enjoy!
